Do I need any Experience?

NO! Although some of our new students have prior grappling or martial arts experience, it is not necessary. Instructors will breakdown techniques appropriate for each experience level.

What equipment do I need bring?

You must be clean with both toe and finger nails clipped. Wear clean, comfortable athletic clothing (no jeans, no buttons, no jewelry, etc).

How do I start my Free 1 Week Trial?

Come before the first class that you would like to start. If you are under 18, you must have your parent/guardian present to sign your waiver.
